Spring Classes

Come and join our high energy bouncing fitness class for all abilities. We promise pop music, flashing lights, friends and a party atmosphere!

Our classes are 30 minutes, including a physical warm up, several high energy aerobic routines to pop music (we start off slowly, then build as our clients get fitter), and a short stretch and tone cool down, which helps aid recovery.

Come and join the party!


Mondays: 6.15pm – 6.45pm for adults (16+)
Tuesdays: 5pm – 5.30pm for kids (under 16)


£5 per class (we charge in blocks, usually of 6 weeks)
You are welcome to pay for one class first to see if you like it, but only if we have availability.
