Strength & Conditioning
This is a highly focussed class to work on strength, fitness and flexibility. It requires commitment and a keen attitude.These sessions are taught by a qualified Stength and Conditioning Coach with a variety of skills and experience to draw upon. It may be that you’re an athlete, gymnast, dancer or sports person who wishes to further develop core skills; or you may just be someone who enjoys working out and would like to join a class to workout with other people. Everyone is welcome and all levels of fitness are accepted. All exercises are adapted by the coach to suit the individual needs and experience of each student.
We are currently offering two classes:
One for students aged 9 years – 18 years on Tuesdays from 4pm- 4.30pm.
In addition we have a men only class on a Monday from 7pm-7.40pm.
