80’s/90’s Fun Dance Class For Adults

Come along and learn some dance moves to improve your strength and fitness. This dance class is based on all our favourite music from the 80’s and 90’s.

You don’t have to have any experience, just a willingness to have lots of fun whilst dancing! Dance is proven to aid fitness and keep the brain sharper. Come along and join the party!
